Outstanding experience from start to finish. Extremely professional and knowledgeable—Jay explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He sent helpful links to the permanent lighting options and even helped me get a great deal.
Jay also assisted me in determining the best layout and clip placement, which was especially important since I have a three-story house that’s very difficult to access. Despite the challenges, he didn’t hesitate and completed the job right on schedule.
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Jay responded quickly via text messages and phone calls, stayed within the agreed-upon timeframe, and honored the budget we discussed. On top of that, he reassured me that he’ll be available in the future if I ever need a strand replaced or any additional support.
Highly recommend—reliable, professional, and truly stands behind his work.
